Feels Like Home

This painting captures a small piece of the landscape that will always feel like home. After growing up in Airdrie, Alberta and later moving to Victoria, BC for school, I realized how much I missed the wide skies and the open expanse of land that shaped my sense of place. The reference for this work comes from a spot only five minutes from my childhood home.
